Cancellation Policy
Last minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances are understandable. However, please kindly consider the financial loss that a last minute cancellation can have on your service provider and give 48 hours notice for all elective cancellations within your control or a 20% cancellation fee will be attached to your next appointment. Any appointments cancelled same day will be charged 50% of the service via card on file. No call, no show will be charged 100% of the service via card on file.
